South Carolina , Mount Pleasant Job Description We are seeking a Senior Estimator in the Charleston area to to take a lead role in the estimating and preconstruction process. The company specializes in residential and commercial earthwork and site development projects and offers a laid-back, team-driven environment built on trust, communication, and strong client relationships. Senior Estimator Responsibilities Review civil plans and bid documents to confirm scope accuracy Perform detailed takeoffs and estimates for grading, utilities, paving, and complete site development Utilize AGTEK or Insite Elevation Pro to model and quantify earthwork volumes Build budgets and competitive proposals typically ranging from $2M-$10M+ Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and ownership to ensure bid accuracy and constructability Manage subcontractor and vendor quotes and pricing Prepare handoff documentation and participate in transition to operations Job Requirements 2+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil, land development, or sitework Strong understanding of civil plans, grading plans, and bid specifications Proficiency in AGTEK or Insite Elevation Pro (testing may be required) Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) Experience estimating projects in the $2M-$10M+ range Proficient in standard office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.) If you are interested in this Senior Estimator role in the Charleston area please apply!
