We pride ourselves on our skilled team and commitment to excellence in every job we undertake. Overview We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Estimator / Foreman to join our team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to lead electrical estimating efforts while overseeing on-site electrical operations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of construction estimating expertise and hands-on electrical experience to ensure project success from bidding through execution. Responsibilities Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates using industry-standard tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop comprehensive scope of work and pricing strategies. Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms and pricing. Lead electrical installation activities on construction sites, managing crews and coordinating daily operations. Oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability. Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules, manage contracts, and track project progress through effective project management practices. Skills Strong electrical background with hands-on site experience in construction environments. Proven ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements effectively. Knowledge of NEC standards and electrical codes essential for accurate estimation and compliance. Excellent construction management skills with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
