What You'll Do Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, budgets, and proposals for ground-up and renovation projects. Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors. Lead and coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing, ensuring timely and complete bid coverage. Work closely with Preconstruction and Project Management teams to transition awarded projects seamlessly into execution. Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients, and design partners throughout the process. What You Bring 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a general contractor. Strong background in conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimating. Proficiency with estimating software Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and materials across multiple sectors.
