Position Overview S&W Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who brings strong customer relationships and a skilled crew to support growth in the commercial, industrial, and traffic control markets. This is a high-impact role for a professional, eager to lead complex projects, expand client accounts, and strengthen S&W's position as a regional market leader. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Bring a proven crew of electrical professionals to support successful project execution. Leverage existing client relationships to secure new projects and drive customer satisfaction. Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors to optimize efficiency. Monitor project costs, prepare forecasts, and maintain profitability. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents across multiple sectors. Identify project challenges and implement proactive solutions. What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Foreman in commercial/industrial electrical construction. A network of clients and the ability to bring new business opportunities to S&W. Proven success in managing crews and leading multi-site projects. Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and estimating software (preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
