Hands‑on experience developing estimates aligned with AACE cost classes. Familiarity with estimating tools commonly used by EPC contractors. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving abilities—someone who asks the right questions to uncover the right details. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with technical and non‑technical teams alike. Understanding of how cost, schedule, and risk integrate within project controls. Experience with tools such as ProPricer, InEight, Sage, Open Plan, or similar systems. A Q Clearance or the ability to obtain one. A desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
