We specialize in commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth and long-term success.

IMPORTANT WORK LOCATION NOTICE

This is NOT a work-from-home position. This role is on-site at our Tullahoma, TN office. While some flexibility may be available after onboarding, this position requires the estimator to work daily from our office and collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, and field teams. We are not hiring for remote, hybrid, or out-of-state work. Applicants must be willing to relocate to or commute to Tullahoma, TN. Job Summary The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bid proposals, reviewing plans and specifications, performing detailed material and labor takeoffs, coordinating with vendors and general contractors, and supporting project handoff after award. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed electrical takeoffs for commercial and industrial projects Review drawings, specifications, and RFP documents for scope accuracy Prepare material lists, labor estimates, and bid proposals Collaborate with project managers on scope reviews and handoffs Request and organize vendor and subcontractor pricing Attend pre-bid meetings as required Maintain organized bid documentation and tracking Support continuous improvements to estimating procedures and standards Qualifications 5-10 years of electrical estimating experience preferred Strong understanding of NEC, commercial/industrial electrical systems, and construction practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Accubid estimating software experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Compensation & Benefits $95,000 - $110,000 annual salary (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays ICHRA health benefit (monthly employer contribution toward individual health insurance)
