Position Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects Review plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents Conduct site visits and roof assessments as needed Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Develop project scopes, budgets, and proposals Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure successful project execution Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors Identify opportunities to secure new business and expand existing accounts Qualifications 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience preferred Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing Experience with takeoff and estimating software Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and accountability Existing relationships within the commercial construction, roofing, general contractor, or property management community are a significant plus, but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is Ambitious and growth-oriented Relationship-focused Detail-driven and highly organized Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment Interested in helping build a company, not simply filling a position Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Career advancement potential Professional development and training Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization If you're an experienced commercial roofing estimator looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values excellence, relationships, and growth, we'd like to hear from you.
