This position plays a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, customer communication, insurance claim documentation, and estimating. The ideal candidate will have experience in the roofing, restoration, or construction industry and be proficient in Xactimate.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's CRM, ensuring all customer information, job statuses, and documentation are accurate and up to date. Prepare and submit all required paperwork to insurance carriers, property managers, homeowners, and other parties involved in the claims process. Create estimates and supplements using Xactimate. Handle reinspection requests and supplement negotiations with insurance companies. Monitor claims from start to finish and ensure all necessary documents are submitted in a timely manner. Manage invoices, payments, depreciation requests, and job-related financial paperwork. Coordinate schedules for adjuster meetings, inspections, and project timelines. Communicate with homeowners, insurance companies, vendors, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues. Maintain organized customer files and ensure compliance with company procedures. Assist ownership with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Support production and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle. Maintain a professional office environment and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:
Experience with Xactimate (required) . Previous experience in roofing, restoration, insurance claims, or construction administration preferred. Strong understanding of supplements, reinspections, and insurance claim processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience. Commission on approved supplements and additional claim revenue generated. Performance bonuses available. Opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly growing company.
