• Full-time We are a growing construction company looking for a dependable Estimator Assistant to support our estimating team.

This is not a highly technical engineering role — but it does require construction knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. If you've worked in construction (field or office) and understand plans, materials, and basic project flow — we're willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Assist with takeoffs and quantity counts from plans Request and organize subcontractor and supplier pricing Help prepare bid proposals and cost breakdowns Maintain project files and vendor communication Support the estimating team with day-to-day tasks

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in construction (field, estimating, project coordination, etc.) Ability to read construction drawings (basic understanding is fine) Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with Excel and email communication Reliable and professional Bonus (Not Required): Experience in estimating software Previous GC or subcontractor experience We are looking for someone serious about growing in the construction industry.
