Join Our Team as a Comfort Advisor - Uncapped Commissions! At Frymire, we're proud of our strong preventive maintenance (PM) client base and our proactive marketing efforts that ensure a consistent workflow throughout the year. We're expanding and seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to help grow our client base and provide exceptional service.

Comfort Advisor Responsibilities:

Identify and implement the best solutions for our clients' HVAC needs Conduct building load calculations Prepare detailed scopes of work and accurate project estimates Stay informed about manufacturer incentives, tax credits, and available rebates Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience Prefer experience in estimating mechanical labor and material costs Strong relationship-building and revenue-generating skills Proficiency in estimating software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Driver's License (required) Ability to commute to our Dallas office (required)
