WHO WE ARE

Reichert Woodworks is a family of companies that has served those building and restoring Dallas' most timeless, exclusive homes for over 100 years. We are looking for great people to help grow our estimating department by providing support to our custom homebuilders, contractors and retail clients by providing accurate, timely and comprehensive material takeoffs and cost estimates.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 2 years of estimating experience in residential construction, custom homes, or millwork. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., PrebuiltML, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, MiTek, or similar). Solid understanding of lumber products, building materials, and millwork components. Excellent math, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Estimate lumber, engineered wood products, siding, windows, doors, interior trim, and custom millwork components. Maintain strong knowledge of lumber species, grades, dimensions, and engineered wood systems. Understand millwork fabrication processes, joinery, finishes, and installation requirements. Work closely with Account Managers to ensure estimates align with project goals. Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and project documentation.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
