Job Title:

Estimator(Landscaping & Hardsacping) The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Municipal/Civil Estimator to join their growing team in the DFW area. This individual will support the estimating department by preparing accurate bids and project estimates for civil and hard scape construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for municipal and civil construction projects Assist with bid preparation and proposal development Perform data entry, product and material research, and pricing analysis Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing, scope review, and negotiations Support the estimating team throughout the bidding process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive project estimates Qualifications Associate degree preferred Minimum 2 years of municipal construction estimating experience preferred Minimum 2 years of general construction estimating experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term growth Work Location In-person role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

Pay:

$70,751.81 - $100,776.38 per year
