• Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate and competitive bids to potential clients. This role requires a meticulous and organized individual who is well-versed in construction management and can effectively negotiate contracts.

• Duties:

• Prepare detailed construction estimates and bid packages for clients.
• Conduct site visits and measure the construction area to ensure accurate measurements.
• Utilize software such as GDS to create detailed construction estimates.
• Review and analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine the cost of materials and labor.
• Collaborate with project managers to determine the best approach for completing construction projects within budget.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that the company's interests are protected while meeting client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of construction projects, including project costs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction estimating.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software, including GDS.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Applicants with experience in cost control and construction site management are highly preferred.

$80,000.00

• $90,000.
