This role supports project managers and estimators by helping prepare bids, review plans and specifications, track project documentation, and maintain schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing, manage proposal packages, and ensure timely and accurate project information. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Requirements:

Must have 3+ years of Project Manager experience Must have experience in Estimating Must have experience reading blueprints & construction plans Experience working with Division 10 construction projects is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word Data Entry score of 7500+ kph

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
