At Vopak — one of the world's leading independent terminal infrastructure providers — we're looking for a Cost Estimator who will serve as the technical-financial architect behind our growth projects. You'll apply AACE International best practices to develop accurate, risk-informed cost estimates across Greenfield and Brownfield tank terminal developments, turnarounds, and sustaining capital programs. From translating complex safety systems (LOPA, SIS architecture) into cost models to participating in HAZOP and 3D-model reviews, your work will directly shape how Vopak expands its critical role in the global energy transition. We're seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering and 5-10 years of industrial estimating or project management experience, with a focus on tank terminals and petrochemical infrastructure. Expert knowledge of AACE Recommended Practices (97R-18, 105-90) and proficiency in MS Office and modeling tools are essential. A TWIC card is required (or the ability to obtain one). You'll collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders in a safety-first culture where your expertise directly supports projects that matter — for our customers, our communities, and a cleaner energy future.
