This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and looking to build a career in construction, estimating, or operations. This role will focus on reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, and preparing cost and material estimates for gutter projects, with potential exposure to roofing estimating as you grow in the role. No prior estimating experience is required. We provide hands-on, paid training. What You'll Do Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications Perform material takeoffs for gutter projects Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and bids Work with internal teams to gather pricing and job details Ensure estimates are organized, accurate, and submitted on time Learn estimating processes for both gutter and roofing scopes Support the team with administrative and project-related tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and plans Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Basic computer skills (Excel experience is a plus) Construction knowledge is helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $45,000 annually Full-time, in-office position (Hurst, TX) Paid training and hands-on development Opportunity to grow into advanced estimating or operations roles Stable, growing company with long-term career potential About CMAC Roofing CMAC specializes in residential and commercial roofing, restoration, gutters, garage doors, and storm response.
