Project Manager/ Estimator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to lead Metal Building projects from initial bid through completion. This role combines the strategic planning and precise estimating necessary to secure profitable projects with the hands-on management required to ensure timely, quality execution. The ideal candidate will excel in managing production schedules, estimating and customer service. Duties Prepare accurate and competitive construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to align project goals, budgets, and timelines. Manage all aspects of project planning, including contract review and scope definition. Monitor project progress through regular customer updates and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating combined with strong project management skills in a construction environment. Solid understanding of metal building erection, schematics interpretation and contracts administration. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among customers and vendors. Construction site experience is highly preferred to provide practical insight into field operations.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
