We partner with general contractors, developers, and municipalities to deliver accurate bids and high-quality installations. We are seeking an experienced Contract Commercial Estimator with strong knowledge of commercial glass and glazing systems. ⸻ Position Overview The Contract Commercial Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial glazing projects from plans and specifications through bid submission and award support. This role is estimating-focused and works closely with ownership, project management, vendors, and general contractors. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Commercial Estimating Prepare detailed estimates for commercial contract glass & glazing projects Perform takeoffs from architectural and structural drawings Review specifications, addenda, and bid requirements Price storefront, curtain wall, windows, mirrors, insulated glass, and specialty glazing Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing Account for labor, equipment, installation methods, and logistics Bid Management Prepare and submit bids to general contractors Track bid dates, addenda, and scope clarifications Assist with value engineering and scope reviews Support negotiations and contract award process Pre-Construction Support Participate in handoff meetings after award Assist with scope clarifications and change order pricing Maintain organized bid files and documentation ⸻ Required Experience & Skills Commercial glass & glazing estimating experience

REQUIRED
