It is time for you to put your knowledge too work and start building a career! What Success in our Estimator Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc. Responsible for preparing accurate project estimates for large construction projects, analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.

Key Areas of Responsibility Estimates/Quotes:

Creates quotes from service and maintenance work orders using the quote portal as directed by the Service Department. Follows up with clients for approvals. Keeps quote portal current and maintained.

Parts:

Familiar with equipment and parts and their supply sources. Procures required items, performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery, and advises the proper individual of the arrival of ordered items.

Scheduling:

Coordinates with Service Dispatcher for manpower on the work order and scheduling with the client.

Technician Support:

Provides necessary support functions such as issuing PO's and client supplied forms. Assists with obtaining part numbers and specifications.

Requirements:

3-5 years HVAC trade experience
