This role includes hands-on work in landscaping, construction, and general property maintenance. Responsibilities Assist with installations (fencing, stone, irrigation, etc.) Perform general labor tasks (lifting, digging, cleanup) Follow directions and maintain job site efficiency Maintain tools and equipment Deliver clean, professional results Requirements Valid driver's license (preferred) Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat Strong work ethic and positive attitude Experience in construction or landscaping is a plus (not required) Pay $15-$25/hour depending on experience Opportunity for raises based on performance Schedule Monday-Friday (occasional weekends depending on jobs)
