Join a growing roofing contractor as a Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator in San Marcos, Texas, where you will play a key leadership role pricing large-scale commercial and industrial new construction projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator position include: 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience with a focus on new construction and large commercial or industrial projects Proficiency with Quick Bid, EDGE, and construction estimating workflows Prepare accurate bids, takeoffs, and cost estimates for commercial roofing projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop competitive proposals Lead and support a team of 2 remote estimators and 2 in-office estimators Work closely with ownership and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and respond quickly to bid activity Maintain organized estimating records, pricing data, and proposal documentation Work full-time in the San Marcos office with minimal travel and strong day-to-day collaboration

Salary :

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
