We service the multi-family construction market throughout Texas and the surrounding states. No prior experience is necessary. Education and training are provided in-house. A willingness to travel to job sites to further learn our specific construction scope is helpful but not essential. Someone with a basic knowledge of Excel and Word and general computer skills is needed. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks. The primary responsibility will be to calculate the square footage of areas in our scope using a program, enter that data into our spreadsheet, adjust for job specific variables, and then produce a draft proposal to be reviewed and sent to the general contractor. This listing is for a full-time, in person position, so applicants must have reliable transportation and live within driving distance of Temple. Pay starting at $12/hr. Pay commensurate to experience. Pay rate to increase with proficiency. Bonuses are available and based on performance.
