Are you someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning project details into winning bids? We're looking for a motivated, client-focused Estimator who can collaborate with our team and customers to deliver accurate, competitive, and high-quality estimates. As one of the nation's leading commercial roofing companies, we work on a wide range of projects across diverse roofing systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical side of estimating and the relationship-building side of sales. Whether you bring industry experience or are eager to learn, we're looking for someone ready to grow, contribute, and make an impact. What You'll Do Develop accurate, competitive estimates while identifying opportunities to win work Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors Attend job walks and engage directly with customers to understand project needs Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to prepare detailed proposals Collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and leadership to finalize bids Present proposals, answer client questions, and help position the company to secure projects Track market trends and pricing to stay competitive and drive revenue growth Support change orders and ongoing client communication throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For Sales-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Confidence interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines Willingness to travel and engage with a diverse customer base Coachable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with estimating, construction, or commercial roofing (preferred but not required) Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Experience preparing proposals, bids, or client-facing documents is a plus Why Join Us?
