ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTIONSReview architectural floor plans and customer specifications to ensure project accuracyDesign, draft, and prepare quotes for assigned projects in a timely mannerOversee project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed efficiently and correctlyConduct detailed reviews of drawings and specifications prior to finalizing quotesAct as the main liaison between customers and internal teams for project updates and communicationMaintain a high level of quality and attention to detail across all project componentsSupport continuous improvement by embracing feedback, change, and innovation 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the HVAC or commercial refrigeration industryStrong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-focused approachAbility to analyze issues, think critically, and make sound business decisionsWorking knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems preferredAbility to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficientlySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently after trainingStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailLeadership mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is preferred #pswaxahachie
