Our team offers long-term stability, a collaborative culture, and a consistent pipeline of work. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who is looking to focus their career on preconstruction and estimating. We are open to a variety of backgrounds, including: Project Engineers with strong estimating exposure or rotations Assistant Project Managers or PM/Estimators looking to transition into a dedicated estimating role Estimators coming from commercial or multifamily construction backgrounds Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects Perform quantity take-offs and analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids Assist with budgeting, conceptual estimates, and value engineering Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and ownership during preconstruction Identify cost risks and opportunities throughout the bidding process Maintain accurate documentation and estimate tracking Qualifications 3+ years of experience in estimating or a related construction role Experience with ground-up construction projects preferred Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Experience with takeoff and estimating software Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills What We Offer Industry-leading retention and team stability Clear growth path within preconstruction/estimating Exposure to a wide variety of project @types Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
