We are hiring an Estimator to price our high-end remodel and construction work accurately, competitively, and profitably. This role is for someone who loves getting the numbers exactly right. Your job is to turn plans, scopes, and site visits into bids we can stand behind — bids that win good work and protect our margin. A profitable project begins with a great estimate, and that starts with you. What We're Looking For

• 3+ years estimating residential construction or remodel work (high-end preferred)
• Strong ability to read plans, scopes, and specifications
• Sharp takeoff and quantity skills — accurate, fast, and detailed
• A network of subs and suppliers for pricing
• Comfortable with estimating/takeoff software (BuilderTrend) and spreadsheets
• Understands margin, markup, and what actually makes a job profitable
• Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven What You'll Do
• Produce accurate, detailed estimates for remodel and construction projects
• Perform takeoffs from plans and on-site walkthroughs
• Solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Build clear, professional proposals and scopes of work
• Track estimate-to-actual costs to keep our pricing honest
• Work with leadership and project managers to hand off jobs cleanly
• Help refine our pricing so we win the right work at the right margin Typical Day You start with a set of plans for a kitchen-and-addition remodel.

You run your takeoff, send scopes to three subs for pricing, and walk a second project to verify field conditions. By afternoon you're building a proposal — checking every line, pressure-testing the numbers, and making sure the margin is where it needs to be before it goes to a client. Growth Opportunity Estimating is central to where we're going. The right person can grow into a lead estimating or preconstruction role with more responsibility as we scale.
