Electrical Estimator / Project ManagerPower House ElectricalCenterville, UT 84014 | Posted Apr 12, 202613Job Description Power House Electrical is looking for a dependable, hardworking, experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. We bid projects throughout Utah, Salt Lake, Davis and Weber Counties. The Electrical Estimator is responsible for reviewing, estimating and preparing electrical quotes, electrical change orders and proposals and implementing measures to increase the Company's effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform take-offs from electrical drawings Create estimates Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and vendors to maintain bid competitiveness Work with project manager to develop strategies throughout the bidding process Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of commercial electrical field work, or similar experience (required) Experience preparing estimates for commercial electrical projects (preferred) The ability to interpret electrical drawings Have a strong understanding of the electrical industry Excellent organizational skills Effective communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional customer service skills in person, by phone and email Solid planning, scheduling and negotiating skills Positive attitude and motivated to work in a team environment Pay depends on experience
