Our products are straightforward to estimate, so you'll hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. This is a desk-based role centered on bidding, quoting, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Review plans and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for cast stone products. Generate quotes, coordinate with sales, and follow up on bids to help secure new projects. Once jobs are won, enter orders into production and act as the primary customer contact. Provide updates on production status, delivery dates, and lead times via phone and email. Handle customer change requests and coordinate adjustments with the production team. Maintain organized project files and track orders through completion. What We're Looking For Construction knowledge or experience. Comfort reading basic blueprints and performing takeoffs (we'll train you on our specific products). Strong math skills and attention to detail for accurate estimating. Excellent phone and email communication—professional, responsive, and customer-oriented. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Self-motivated and organized. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on more responsibility.

Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
