WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Work directly with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers to support field execution Assist in developing work plans, sequencing, and daily execution strategies Ensure crews have the latest IFC drawings, specifications, and installation details Perform field layout verification, measurements, and quantity tracking Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support production Identify and resolve constructability issues before they impact the field Support QA/QC efforts, including inspections, documentation, and turnover packages Track production, progress, and productivity in the field Assist with change management, including field impacts, quantities, and documentation Maintain clear communication between field crews, engineering, and project controls Participate in safety planning, JHAs, and ensure work is executed within safe conditions Travel to project sites as required and spend the majority of time in the fieldWHAT YOU'LL NEED
Engineering degree or equivalent field experience (Civil, Mechanical, or related preferred) 1-4 years of construction or industrial field experience (internships count) Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and isometrics Strong understanding of construction means and methods Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment with shifting priorities Strong communication skills with both field crews and management Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple work fronts Willingness to be hands-on and present in the field dailyWHAT SETS YOU APART
