This position plays a major role in keeping projects moving efficiently from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing day-to-day estimates, communicating with insurance adjusters, tracking project progress, and ensuring jobs stay organized and on schedule. Experience in restoration estimating and Xactimate is required. Responsibilities Create and manage mitigation and reconstruction estimates daily Use Xactimate to write accurate estimates Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters and homeowners Stay on top of active projects and follow up on missing information Review project documentation, photos, and scope details Coordinate internally with technicians, project managers, and office staff Maintain organized job records and updates Assist in supplementing claims when needed Monitor project timelines and help keep jobs moving forward Requirements Experience using Xactimate (required) Fluent English communication skills (required) Experience using spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (required) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once Ability to work independently and stay detail-oriented Reliable transportation Preferred (Not Required) Experience with Housecall Pro Experience with CompanyCam Restoration or construction industry experience Experience working directly with insurance claims What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment Fast-paced and rewarding work helping homeowners during difficult situations Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday On-call communication may occasionally be needed depending on projects Work Location Salt Lake City, Utah Application Question(s): If you were a kitchen appliance, what would you be and why?
