For more than 73 years, Robbins & Company has helped homeowners throughout the Puget Sound region solve foundation, crawl space, drainage, and concrete settlement problems. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with homeowners, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Inspect foundations, crawl spaces, drainage systems, and concrete slabs Identify structural and drainage concerns Prepare estimates and proposals Explain repair options and answer customer questions Document findings using company software Follow up on estimates and assist customers through the decision-making process Coordinate with office and production staff to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications Construction, home improvement, estimating, inspection, restoration, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or related experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage a schedule Comfortable inspecting crawl spaces and residential properties Valid driver's license with a good driving record Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Company-generated leads Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays Retirement plan Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Opportunity for advancement with a stable, locally owned company Why Robbins & Company?
