Full-Time The Opportunity We are seeking a rare hybrid: a Project Manager / Estimator who thrives at the intersection of structural integrity and architectural beauty. In this role, you will lead the pre-construction and execution phases for complex steel erection and high-end glazing systems within the luxury residential and commercial sectors. You will be the bridge between visionary architects, demanding homeowners, and the precision of the job site. If you can calculate a bid for a cantilevered steel staircase in one hour and coordinate a crane lift for oversized structural glass the next, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities 1. Estimating & Pre-Construction Perform detailed take-offs from architectural and structural drawings. Source and negotiate pricing for specialized materials (structural steel, ornamental metal, high-performance glazing). Develop comprehensive, "no-surprise" budgets for luxury residential projects. 2. Project Management Oversee the full lifecycle of steel and glazing installs, ensuring timelines are met without compromising craftsmanship. Manage onsite crews and subcontractors, maintaining a clean and professional presence on high-stakes residential sites. Troubleshoot complex field conditions where steel tolerances meet glazing requirements. 3. Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for General Contractors and Architects. Communicate technical challenges to non-technical clients with clarity and poise.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

5+ years in project management/estimating, specifically within steel erection and glazing .

The Luxury Factor:

Proven track record in the Custom Luxury Home market. You understand that "good enough" isn't an option when working with $10M+ estates.

Technical Proficiency:

Mastery of estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore) and the ability to read complex structural shop drawings.

Materials Knowledge:

Deep understanding of steel finishes (patinas, powder coating) and high-end glass specs (curtain walls, jumbo panes, thermal breaks).

Certifications:
