What You'll Do Here:
Responsible for accuracy of bid cost to actual cost of work performed. Analyzes documents, drawings, specifications, proposals, and addendums in preparation for pricing. Performs any estimate related to oral and/or written communications with clients/partners. Preparation of Construction plans for the various projects for internal and client submissions. Reviewing project site prior to price preparation. Performs quantity take-off from construction drawings where applicable. Obtains pricing from suppliers and Subcontractors, compiling information into estimate. Formulates all costs for tender submission- labor, equipment, material, rentals, and subcontracts.
Team:
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, including experience leading complex civil infrastructure projects or bids, as an Estimator or Project Manager. University Degree, College Diploma or Trades Background- or equivalent experience. The ability to read and understand construction drawings and documents is essential. Good knowledge of job cost fundamentals for typical items and scopes where design and/or schematics have been provided. Demonstrated computer software proficiency

Pay and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$120,000- $160,000 USD per year Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
