Job Description
Job Description The Systems Estimating Supervisor will support estimating teams across the company while helping improve consistency, training, tools, and estimating processes company-wide. This individual will work closely with estimators, operations leaders, sales teams, and software developers to improve estimating quality, efficiency, and scalability. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements Perform and support DDC, PLC, equipment, low voltage, and performance contracting estimating activities- Review estimates & proposals for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Assist with estimator development, onboarding, and technical training
- Support estimating standards and best practices across multiple teams
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering leadership
- Test and provide feedback on estimating software tools
- Assist with rollout and evaluation of new software and AI-driven estimating features
- Help improve estimating workflows, templates, and internal processes
- Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
