Commercial/Property Managment Estimator & Project Manager Cabinet Pro & Floors Spokane, WA Job Details Full-time $48,000 - $200,000 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Customer communication Project management Construction team management Property management Construction estimating Full Job Description We are a cabinet and flooring company looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial/ Property Management Estimator / Project Manager to our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage projects from initial client contact through completion. This person would be responsible for putting quotes together for hard bids/ commercial takeoffs/ and or reaching out to property management company's to earn business for apartment turnovers or builds. Position Overview This role combines estimating and project management responsibilities. You will be the main point of contact for commercial/property management projects—handling everything from site measurements and estimates to coordinating installation and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Meet with contractors on-site to assess cabinet and flooring needs. Take accurate field measurements (cabinets, flooring, etc.) Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates Present estimates and close sales Hard bid commercial projects Coordinate scheduling with installers, vendors, with internal team Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Communicate effectively with customers throughout the project Handle change orders, job updates, and problem-solving as needed Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and restoration companies Qualifications Experience in construction, flooring, cabinetry, or restoration (preferred) Strong commercial or property management background Ability to read plans and/or learn quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Basic computer skills (estimating software experience is a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of their projects from start to finish A person who is driven to make a great income and help people.
