We are looking for someone who can move quickly, jump on opportunities, & help create an incredible first impression for prospective clients through professionalism, clear communication & fast estimates. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who enjoys client interaction, estimating, and spotting value-add opportunities for investors and property owners. This is a flexible part-time role with room for growth as lead volume expands.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Visits + Estimating

• Meet qualified leads at project sites
• Schedule same-day or next-day walkthroughs whenever possible
• Take measurements, photos, and project notes
• Build scopes of work and estimates
• Help clients feel confident and clear on next steps, teeing up our project managers for success projects Opportunity Development
• Identify additional construction opportunities through relationships & networking
• Source investor renovations, flips, DADUs, multifamily, and commercial projects
• Build strong relationships with investors and clients Project Coordination
• Maintain organized project documentation, folders, & email inbox
• Coordinate with the Construction Operations Assistant and Project Managers
• Ensure smooth handoff once projects are won!

COMPENSATION

Inbound Theory-Generated Opportunities

• $50 for on-site walkthrough
• $50 for estimate creation
• 1% bonus on successfully closed projects Self-Generated Opportunities
• 2.5% bonus on projects independently sourced and brought to Theory Construction
• Self-generated opportunity estimates also include: ○ $50 for on-site walkthrough ○ $50 for estimate creation Self-generated opportunities must be approved by Theory Construction management prior to estimate creation in order to qualify for the 2.

5% sourcing bonus. This helps ensure clear ownership, proper tracking, & alignment around project fit/compensation eligibility.

$10,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
