LOCATION
 
Woodland, WA SALARY:
 $25-26 per hour
DOE SCHEDULE
 Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Temp to Hire
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review bidmunications and distribute project updates to the appropriate team members and stakeholders. Identify and track bidding opportunities through industry platforms and resources. Organize and maintain project plans, specifications, and related bid documents. Create project files and keep bid tracking systems updated and accurate. Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers regarding pricing and bid participation. Coordinate bid meetings and support estimating deadlines. Provide administrative support to the estimating and project teams as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role within an office environment. High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, including advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and project documentation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position performs general office duties in a temperature-controlled office environment. Requires prolonged periods of sitting,puter work, and frequentmunication with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers. Must be able to occasionally lift and move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
