What You'll Do:

As a Hollow Metal Cost Estimator, you'll help put together the numbers behind our success - supporting sales and estimating teams by pricing materials like doors and frames for commercial construction projects.

You will:

Read and analyze specs and construction documents to understand what's needed. Use estimating software to price out materials. Work closely with vendors to get product info and accurate pricing. Collaborate with coworkers and departments to develop smart bid strategies. Spot potential issues or opportunities to make our bids stronger. Help refine our pricing systems and adapt to changes in the industry. You'll be juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and updates - so if you like a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role is a great fit.

What You Bring:

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers. Good communication skills - email, phone, and face-to-face. Ability to read and work from electronic and paper documents. Organized and able to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Willingness to learn and grow in the construction estimating field. Must be based onsite in Green Bay, WI with regular and punctual attendance. No direct construction experience? No problem. We'll train the right candidate who's motivated and willing to learn!
