Commercial Estimator

Bay Area Granite & Marble (BAGM) is a leading stone fabrication and installation company serving commercial and residential markets throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula. We invest in advanced technology, strong processes, and skilled teams to deliver high‑quality results for our customers. The Commercial Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive bids and supporting commercial projects from award through handoff to Project Managers. This role works directly with contractors, internal teams, and vendors and reports to the VP of Sales. This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple bids and projects at once. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate commercial estimates aligned with company margin goals Identify and pursue new project and bid opportunities Create clear, persuasive proposals for contractors and builders Capture complete job details including materials, colors, edge profiles, sinks, and special requirements Set up awarded jobs in the CRM and coordinate material procurement Monitor inventory needs to support production schedules Support builder and contractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle Represent the company at occasional industry events or trainings Follow established SOPs, safety standards, and company policies Qualifications & Skills Experience in commercial estimating, construction, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Clear, professional communication and relationship‑building skills Proficiency with Measure Square, Fusion, Microsoft Office; and QuickBooks Online Schedule Monday to
