Lead Floor Technician

Wise Coatings is scheduling interviews now for Lead Resinous (Epoxy/Polyaspartic/Urethane Cement) Flooring Technicians in Mobile, AL This is a part-time to full time Mon-Fri position (weather can play a role in the total hours worked per week). Seaking an experienced lead technitian.

The compensation will start at $20-23/hour based on work experience. The duties associated with this position include: Ensure that the customer is extremely pleased with their experience from start to finish Ensure that all Field Technicians behave in a way that increases the customer's confidence and comfort level. Ensure that all Wise Coatings standard operating procedures are followed to the letter Communicate with the Office Manager regarding schedule and job updates, customer communication, and any other relevant information. Supervise the activity of assigned Field Technicians Master the use of various software for recording information, scheduling, and communication.
