Andrew's Construction performs construction, maintenance, and repair services across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties throughout Arizona. We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work, operates professionally with minimal supervision, and aligns with our company's core values of integrity, reliability, and craftsmanship. This position offers long-term growth opportunities, including advancement into Crew Lead or Foreman roles. Position Type

- Benefits Available Preferred Experience Candidates should be proficient in Tile Installation and the experience following trades is a plus.
- Tile installation, grout repair, and floor replacement
- Drywall repair, painting, and FRP installation
- Trim carpentry
- Commercial door, jamb, and hardware installation/repair
- Commercial building maintenance
- Roof repairs
- Blueprint reading (preferred)
- Estimating experience is a plus, but not required Requirements
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong understanding of technical oral and written instructions
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and saws
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use mobile applications for job tracking and timekeeping
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Clean driving record
