We specialize in both residential and commercial floor coatings and polished concrete, providing endless opportunities for diverse and exciting projects. As the fastest-growing epoxy flooring company in Arizona, we're on track to expand into other states soon, and we need hard-working, skilled tradesmen to help us take the industry by storm.

A dynamic and supportive team environment where your hard work is recognized and rewarded. Duties Install various types of flooring materials, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpet. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting flooring materials. Perform water damage restoration as needed to prepare surfaces for new flooring. Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments. Execute trim carpentry tasks including baseboards and moldings to complete installations. Collaborate with team members on construction projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during installations. Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to flooring installation. Knowledge of construction painting, concrete finishing, remodeling, and cabinet installation is a plus. Ability to perform buffing and floor care maintenance as part of ongoing service offerings. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
