As a tile installer, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing tiles in various residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands on experience with tile installation, as well as their own vehicle and tools for transportation and job completion.
Responsibilities:
Measure and prepare surfaces for tile installation, ensuring proper layout and design. Cut tiles to fit around corners, outlets, and other obstacles. Mix and apply adhesive and grout. Install tiles accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality craftsmanship. Ensure tile installations are level, aligned, and meet design specifications. Perform necessary finishing work, including grouting and sealing. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tile installation. Own vehicle and tools required. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation challenges.
