We are specifically seeking professionals with MillerKnoll Install Direct experience who can lead from the front, run jobs efficiently, and deliver top-tier results. This is not entry-level work — we are looking for installers who own the floor, interface confidently with clients, and elevate the crews around them .

SCOPE OF WORK
Commercial office furniture installation (systems, casegoods, fixtures) MillerKnoll systems installation (Install Direct experience required/preferred) Reading and executing detailed floor plans and layouts Leading install crews and maintaining production flow Client-facing communication and jobsite coordination Ensuring quality, efficiency, and professionalism on-site
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of commercial furniture installation experience Proven experience running jobs or leading crews Must have full professional-grade tool kit (no exceptions) Must have your own PPE Ability to read plans and work independently without supervision Strong leadership mindset — you help the crew improve and stay productive Reliable transportation Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working full shifts Authorized to work in the U.S. English communication required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MillerKnoll Install Direct experience Foreman-requested installer or history of repeat project call-backs (2+ years) OSHA 10 certification Experience with lifts and warehouse equipment Bilingual (English/Spanish)
