About Us:
We're a high-precision machine shop making parts for semiconductor, medical devices, and advanced tech hardware. Our tolerances are measured in microns, our equipment is top-of-the-line, and our team is passionate about quality craftsmanship. A Day in the
Life:
You clock in and head to the shop floor — it's bright, organized, and filled with the hum of CNC machines at work.
The first order of business:
fill coolant tanks, check machine oil levels, and clear away metal chips from yesterday's runs. These are the small daily rituals that keep million-dollar machines running at their best. With the machines ready, you help prep raw materials for the next jobs, label and deliver stock, and assist machinists as they set up precision runs. Later, you unload freshly machined parts, clean them, and inspect dimensions with calipers or micrometers (we'll train you). By afternoon, a machinist calls you over to watch a new program run — you load a part, press cycle start, and see the cutter trace its path with incredible precision. Each day you pick up more skills — from blueprint reading to machine operation — all while getting paid to learn.
What You'll Do:
Perform start-of-shift machine checks: fill coolant, check oil, and clean chips. Assist with material prep, labeling, and staging for production. Support machinists with loading/unloading parts and basic operations. Clean and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools. Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized.
Who You Are:
You're curious, dependable, and willing to get your hands dirty. You have a good eye for detail and take pride in doing things right. No experience? No problem — we'll train you from the ground up.
We Offer:
Paid training and mentorship from experienced CNC machinists. A clear path to CNC setup and programming roles. Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) paid 100% for employees Life insurance policy Safe Harbor 401(K) plan 401(K) match Paid time off (vacation/sick/holidays/floating holiday) Referral program
Your Future Starts Here:
If you want to build a career in precision manufacturing, work with cutting-edge machines, and learn a trade that's always in demand, apply today. Apply with your updated resume and a short note about why you're interested.
