Epoxy Floor Coating Installer (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)
Location:
Orange County / Los Angeles Area What You'll Do We install high-performance epoxy and resinous floor coating systems in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. This is hands-on, physical work that requires attention to detail and consistency.
You will:
Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, shot blasting, cleaning, repairs) Apply various resinous coatings and systems Broadcast flake and other materials to create durable, high-quality flooring systems Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete jobs on schedule Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism Compensation $22-$35/hour depending on experience and role Typical weekly earnings: $1,100-$1,600+ depending on hours and performance Overtime available Performance bonuses available Structured growth path:
Apprentice:
$20-23/hour
Lead:
$24-26/hour
Master Installer:
$27-35+/hour Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Monday-Friday, with weekend work available Must be available for longer days when needed What We're Looking For This role is not for everyone. We are looking for people who can handle physical work, long days, and high standards.
You should:
