We are seeking skilled HVAC professionals who want to be part of a team that delivers quality installations in some of the most prestigious homes in Southern California.

Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Installer specializing in VRV/VRF systems and a strong sheet metal background with 5+ years of experience in the role. This role will involve the installation of VRV/VRF systems utilizing custom sheet metal work in luxury custom homes. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and communication skills along with experience in the installation of VRV/VRF systems paired with custom sheet metal installation skills and the ability to make adjustments and modifications on-site to meet project demands. This not the same as commercial ducting.

Responsibilities:

Installation of sheet metal and flex ducting Installation and start-up of VRV/VRF systems Make field adjustments and solve installation challenges on-site Maintain high standards of workmanship and jobsite professionalism

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of VRV/VRF installation experience in an Installer related position Strong skills in custom sheet metal installation Ability to read blueprints Material ordering oversight VRV/VRF Service work Ability to adapt and problem-solve in the field Valid/Clean driver's license Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
