Hardwood Flooring Installer Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hardwood Flooring Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, sanding, refinishing, and repairing hardwood flooring in residential and commercial settings. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every project.

Responsibilities:

Install hardwood, engineered wood, and related flooring products Sand, stain, and refinish existing hardwood floors Repair damaged flooring and replace boards as needed Prepare job sites and ensure proper floor preparation before installation Operate and maintain flooring equipment and power tools safely Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with customers and team members Travel to and from various job sites as required Company vehicles will be provided as needed

Requirements:

Previous hardwood flooring installation and refinishing experience preferred Basic knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and flooring equipment Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must provide and maintain personal tools necessary to perform flooring installation and refinishing work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
