Manage project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid, coordinating resources and timelines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of tasks in carpentry, flooring installation, or graphic design projects. Supervise team members or contractors, providing guidance on quality control, safety standards (OSHA compliance), and work procedures. Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for projects or client proposals utilizing construction estimating tools and contracts management. Conduct site inspections for quality assurance, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications; utilize tools like Ohmmeter for electrical work when applicable. Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders to clarify project scope, timelines, and expectations while ensuring all work aligns with industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or relevant trade skills such as carpentry or flooring installation; supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other project scheduling tools. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Ability to read technical documents accurately and apply them effectively on-site or in design work. Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams while maintaining high standards of safety and quality control. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices relevant to construction sites or service environments. Technical proficiency with tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting or measurement tasks. Effective communication skills coupled with problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented with a focus on project success.
