Woodworking Full Job Description Job Summary:
Re-Bath Orange County is looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to oversee bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, and remodeling, as well as the ability to lead an installation crew and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Bathroom Remodeling & Installation:
Perform demolition, carpentry, plumbing, and installation of Re-Bath products, including tubs, showers, vanities, and fixtures.
Project Leadership:
Lead an installation crew, delegate tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
Quality Control:
Inspect work throughout the installation process to ensure compliance with Re-Bath standards and customer expectations.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve any on-site challenges or unforeseen issues that may arise during installation.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate with homeowners in a professional manner, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the progress of their project.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Inventory & Materials Management:
Ensure proper handling, loading, and unloading of materials for each job site.
Qualifications:
Carpentry, plumbing, or general construction. Prior experience as a lead installer or crew leader in a residential remodeling setting preferred. Strong understanding of plumbing, tile work, drywall, and finish carpentry. Ability to read blueprints, take measurements, and follow installation specifications. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
